Functional Expertise
I started my career as a Design Engineer and later evolved into a Supply Chain Executive. During this stage, I have participated in numerous indigenisation projects that demanded deployment of manufacturing engineering practices, and vendor development processes.
Alongside, I have been associated with TBEM, which is a multi-stakeholder approach to building organisations. It has enabled me in triggering progress through scientific improvement techniques and total employee involvement. I have conducted numerous assessments of Enterprises, and the effectiveness of their business processes, thereby contributing to enhancing their maturity. I have also created, managed, and spread the use of improvement management systems, and led the internal communication programs in the companies I worked for.
