Functional Expertise
Current role includes facilitating business performance enhancements for Tata group companies through co-created solutions encompassing business performance assessments, improvement projects, capability building and best practices adaptation. He has facilitated over 25 assessments (diagnostics), 40+ capability building programmes and many improvement projects as part of the Tata Business Excellence movement. Prior to joining TBExG, he worked with Tata Steel-WD in various leadership roles across Manufacturing, Supply-chain, Marketing and Sri-Lanka Business Unit head (during peak war-conflict period).
On the social side, he has assisted Tata group companies in their Affirmative Action journey and not-for-profit organisations (eg: TISS-NUSSD) in their purpose-excellence journey.
